In-App Chat & Support
First-class support is now available directly in the StackOne Dashboard via a new in-app chat powered by Pylon.
Key Highlights
- Direct issue and request creation from chat: Users can open support issues or feature requests right from the in-app chat window.
- Slack synchronization: Any ticket raised in the shared Slack channel is synced with the in-app chat and vice versa. Issues created via the in-app chat can be collaborated on in the shared Slack channel.
- Automated response: Chat agent access that can help answer most questions in record time.
